Transport for NSW Wollongong

In August 2024, CIP successfully completed the 3 Level ABW Fit-Out project for Transport for NSW in Wollongong.

The project was meticulously designed to foster both collaborative and individual work environments and was divided into two stages, each with critical milestones. Work began on Level 1, with CIP delivering the communications room in just 3.5 weeks, followed by the completion of Stage 1. This early milestone was essential for allowing staff occupancy before the expiration of the previous lease, all while carrying out on a live site across three levels of office space.

CIP handed over Stage 2 in August 2024, completing the entire project within a total 16-week program. The team worked diligently to meet the demanding timeline while ensuring the highest quality standards for the client.

The scope of works for this project included extensive demolition, installation of seismically rated and glazed partitions, acoustic wall panels, and custom joinery. It also involved the application of floor finishes, the supply of loose furniture, the installation of operable walls, and the provision of electrical, data, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, security services, and signage and graphics, alongside tiling. Throughout the project, CIP remained committed to delivering both on time and within budget, while meeting the quality expectations of Transport for NSW.
