CIP collaborated with Aurora Investments to deliver a sophisticated, high-quality speculative fitout on Level 33 of 88 Phillip Street, Sydney.
This modern office space features a welcoming front-of-house waiting area, versatile workstations, quiet rooms, a boardroom, and a breakout/event space—all designed within an open floor plan to foster collaboration and creativity.
The Vantage Office Fitout encompassed a comprehensive scope of works, starting with demolition and make-good efforts, including the removal of glazed wall sections and grid ceilings to accommodate the new design. White-framed, floor-to-ceiling glazed partitions, framed and sliding doors, and solid core doors were installed to match existing finishes, with optional upgrades available for added customization.
Key design features include a mix of carpet tiles, resilient vinyl flooring, and tiled splashbacks in the kitchen, complemented by laminated kitchen joinery, stone benchtops, and integrated appliance spaces. With added lockers, waterfall ends, and bifold doors were added for functionality, alongside recessed sheer curtains and a loose lay rug for a refined aesthetic.
To ensure seamless functionality, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and fire services were integrated into the fitout design. Upscale finishes and ample natural light create a professional atmosphere, making this space not only visually striking but also practical, efficient, and welcoming.
