CIP were awarded to complete Stage 3 of the works at this heritage listed site at the Sydney campus of the University of Tasmanian at Lilyfield in Sydney’s inner west.

“We have worked with CIP on numerous previous facilities projects at the Lilyfield/Rozelle Campus. Positive project results have been enhanced by the professionalism and client relations between the project, site managers and myself. In challenging circumstances during COVID-19, CIP project and site managers successfully completed the latest renovations in time and under budget with minimal interruption to business operations. Despite regular unforeseen timetabling changes on UTAS behalf. I would happily engage CIP again to tender for any future facilities projects.”
