UNIVERSITY OF TASMANIA

The UTAS Stage 1 project at Callum Park, located in Sydney’s inner west, is a heritage-listed site. The project was carried out on a live site, with the schedule coordinated around buildings still in use by students and faculty.

Stage 1 was completed in four phases, covering all internal fit-out refurbishments. The project also involved upgrading all service trades to meet current regulations and Australian standards. Throughout the project, care was taken to preserve the building’s heritage.
