Transport for NSW Wollongong – Level 3

Stage 2 of the Transport for NSW Wollongong project involved fitouts to Levels 2 and 3.

Level 3 was designed to include additional workspaces in an open hub configuration, complemented by modern meeting rooms. The scope of work encompassed extensive demolition, the installation of seismically rated and glazed partitions, acoustic wall panels, and custom joinery. Furthermore, floor finishes, loose furniture, operable walls, and essential services—including electrical, data, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, and security systems—were provided. The project also included the installation of signage, graphics, and tiling.

Throughout the process, CIP was dedicated to delivering the project on time and ensuring full client satisfaction for Transport for NSW.
