TRANSPORT FOR NSW

This project was completed in two stages, both of which were expedited due to leasing issues.

The timeline was revised post-award to finish 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule for each stage. Each stage involved extensive work, including feature ceilings, pinnable wall fabrics, magnetic whiteboards, custom-made lockers, and feature carpet and vinyl throughout. The project also included a fully functional breakout area with stone benchtops, an accessible bathroom, joinery items, workstations, and loose furniture. Additionally, all service trades; fire, mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, and data—were upgraded or modified to suit the new office environment.
