CIP was recommended to Play AGS and appointed for the design and construction (D&C) of a 450m² office fitout.

Despite a tight timeline and the client’s Christmas deadline, both the design and build were completed within 10 weeks. The construction phase was completed in just 5 weeks.

The project included a brand-new breakout area, reception area, a large boardroom and a testing facility for equipment, featuring 24 workstations, high-level graphics on glass, and feature ceilings, lighting and walls that incorporated Play AGS’s brand and company ethos.
