Situated in the heart of the renowned Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area (MIA), known for its high-quality agriculture, this initiative aimed to align educational facilities with the region’s evolving agricultural industry. By bridging classroom learning with practical farm experiences, the project aspired to equip students with the skills needed to meet future employment demands.

The scope of works included earthworks and excavation, concrete construction, structural steel, internal partitioning, windows, doors, roofing, plumbing and hydraulic services, painting, electrical work, and the installation of fittings and fixtures.

The project delivered modern teaching spaces that adhered to current standards, prioritizing energy efficiency, safety, productivity, and reduced maintenance costs, all while enhancing the learning experience through the integration of cutting-edge technology.
