The $1.4 million renovation at the Lake Ainsworth Sport and Recreation Centre was successfully completed in just 14 weeks. This extensive project involved the removal of the existing roofing and a complete overhaul of the facility. We replaced key elements including box gutters, eaves, fascias, and more, ensuring a comprehensive update to the structure.
The scope of work included the careful removal of outdated components such as barge boards, beams, posts, and light fittings, leaving no detail overlooked.
In addition to demolition, we executed a full refurbishment, ensuring all elements were properly primed and prepared for the installation of the new roofing. Vent pipes were retained and existing beams were modified to accommodate the upgrades.
The outcome is a revitalized Lake Ainsworth Sport and Recreation Centre, now equipped to meet the demands of the future with enhanced functionality and a modern, streamlined design.
