Zambrero Cronulla is in a building which has both commercial and residential tenancies in the heart of Cronulla’s open mall near the train station. 

The works included demolition of existing walls, ceilings and floors. Installation of new fire rated ceiling and structural steel for protection and security of the residential unit above. It included new tiling, vinyl and polished concrete, new kitchen food prep area and front counter, new joinery including integration of hot and cold servery display fridges, installation of new stainless steel benching and racking to back of house. A total refurbishment of existing cool room which includes a new fan and condenser unit. Installation of new power and lighting throughout including new        sub-board and new security throughout, relocation of remaining services including Mechanical units plus new paint and signage throughout. Placement of all client supplied furniture.
