We will provide you with an "outcomes focused" development of an ongoing industrial cooperation program with a commitment to quality service which will encompass:

Development with your Company personnel of a strategy designed to meet any required tender responses. The strategy in each proposal must meet your Company's internal requirements and budget needs. However it must also meet the stated and unstated needs of the customers, in a cost-effective manner.

Provision of ongoing in-depth research and analysis of companies and business opportunities to fit the agreed marketing and industrial cooperation strategy. We will identify and confirm suitable opportunities with an emphasis on the maximum industrial cooperation credits which could be achieved, whether it is potential exports, technology transfers or investments.

We will co-ordinate with all other personnel involved with your Company's marketing and offset efforts. We will coordinate with your other international programs and markets to identify export, technology based or teaming opportunities that match the objectives of potential industrial cooperation partners.

We will provide regular briefings as required to ensure coordinated ongoing interaction with your Offset and Business Development personnel both in the USA and elsewhere.

Once suitable local and foreign parties have been identified we are then in a position to act for you in documenting the commercial arrangements with all parties to ensure that your interests are properly covered and protected.

We will write or assist your Company write its industrial cooperation program proposals and project descriptions.

We will develop industrial cooperation projects for your consideration. These will meet the agreed strategy described above.
