Mary-Ann holds multiple professional qualifications and leads the Intellectual Property section of our team, as well as working with other team members in the specialised area of offsets, industry services and relationships.
Mary-Ann's principal focus is on intellectual property and related technology contracting advisory services, including formulating global IPR protection, management and commercialisation strategies for clients, drafting and negotiating agreements dealing with IPR issues and providing associated legal counsel services to defence and civil sector clients, both at the Prime and SME level.
Mary-Ann is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Australian Industry Defence Network (AIDN) and various other professional associations as well as serving in a voluntary capacity on the Boards of several education, community and other not-for-profit organisations, including several years on the AIDN-VIC Executive.
